Are you creating credits for your clients? With billing-api it's no problem. Simply turn over the positions for the credit, and trigger the credit. Consequently a correctly recognized credit is generated and sent to the customer.
One-time billing
Do you want to create only individual invoices for customers? Very simple. Whether you write one or 100, the process with billing-api is always equally simple. Present bookkeeping entry, create invoice, send and billing-api handles the automatic adjustment of the incoming payment.
Design
Your company, your design! The invoice can individually, quickly and easily be adapted to your corporate design. Simply provide your PDF letterheads as well as your corporate typeface and the invoice will look just as you've came up with in your mind immediately.
Tax rates
Different tax rates? No problem for billing-api. To each line item an individual tax rate can be assigned.
EU-VAT
billing API gives you an evaluation about which revenues incurred in all of the various EU countries. This allows you to customize the VAT return for each European country according to the currently valid conditions.
Datev-Export
Billing-api creates an import file that can be imported into major accounting programs such as DATEV, Agenda, and Curadata Stotax.
Account Assignment
Would you like automatic account assignment? Just enter the due bill and the desired booking account. This account is automatically transferred to the export file for the accountant.
Reverse-Charge Procedure
If the conditions for invoices are met the reverse charge method can be automatically used.
Factoring
Your money in your account within 24 hours? No problem with factoring-api. Through billing-api all invoices can automatically and without delay be assigned to your factoring companies. Therefore the time until you have your money in your account is reduced.
Payment Methods
You choose how your customer pays. By invoice, direct debit, PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. With billing-api everything is easily structured.
Consumption & Usage Calculation
Are you calculating by usage or consumption? You either assign continuously with all billing items or just once a month as a bulk file. billing-api creates out of it reliably and quickly all the needed invoices. All invoices are then sent out depending on their default setting either as an e-mail or as letter.
E-mail Delivery
billing-api uses your e-mail sender to send your invoices. We use a high-performance mail server for fast and secure anti-spam delivery.
Letter Delivery
All invoices that are in billing-api are currently sent automatically by mail. Our printing center takes care of the printing, enveloping, stamping and shipping. All for a fixed price of one Euro including three-sided printing in color, an envelope and postage from Deutsche Post.

Do you want the highest level of data security and privacy? billing-api is your own dedicated billing server. You get your own server, You get your own server with arbitrary resources for memory and processor, as well as your own IP address.
API-HYBRID

All open items are clearly visible. By pressing a button or via API the corresponding payment reminders can be sent up until to the third reminder. Further automatic processing up until to collection agencies are available over the cheap API processes.
